The G-Pad BX by Matricom is a high precision Bluetooth Wireless Gamepad Joystick with 3D feedback motors gives your games the ultimate experience available. The built-in lithium ion battery provides hours of non-stop gaming fun.

HOW TO CHANGE MODES: Press the following key combinations on the controller to change the mode to function with different systems:

Android – X + MODE

iOS (iCade Games Only) – B + MODE

Mouse Emulation – A + MODE

To use with Samsung Gear VR and G-Box, you will want to use the Android mode. If you change the mode to any other mode, the controller will function as a different platform. Most of the bad experiences users are having is due to the fact that the controller is in THE WRONG MODE and there for doesn’t function properly on their system. Please check that your G-Pad is in the proper mode before attempting to use.

  1. i just bought this controller for my fire stick for $17 on amazon. i regretted bad. the bluetooth connection is great. every button and analog functions good, except for the d-pad. horrible d-pad. it feels so flat to the ground whenever you press right, left, up, down. you cannot tell if you’re pressing forward or down. almost every direction on the d-pad feels like you’re pressing diagonal. if you’re planning to play any street fighter games or fighting games, don’t bother. i highly recommended to buy this controller as a backup remote control for your firestick. lastly, im just so surprised how these youtuber are so afraid to expose the cons of a product.

  2. Can you help me please Im trying to setup the matricom blutooth controller with my nvidia shield just like you doing it but after it find the controller it just sits there and not connecting?Any idea what could be the problem?Regards Steve from Canada

  3. Ordered 2 before I did any research on whether or not they'd work with a shield after the first two I ordered didn't work… awesome to find this video, thanks!

  4. I have that remote and I Bluetooth it to my Samsung Galaxy S7 I can only navigate around the phone but once I click on a game it will not let me control it at all is there any way you can help me out is there any settings I have to change in my phone for it to work please let me know I just bought the remote and I would love to use it to play games on my Samsung Galaxy S7

  5. Hmmm…..I was hoping you would have mentioned that you were curious to see how this controller stacks up against the GAMESIR G3S and G4S.

    Future video, perhaps?

Would also have liked to hear your thoughts on the pros and cons concerning each controller, and the one you would choose; and why.

Another good video. Look forward to more, thanks.

  6. 18 bucks that is cheap! I just bought a couple of different things for my Shield TV, but I paid more and I am not sure they work as well for me. Had to fight with Kodi 17 for a bit "New controller detected!" and all inputs would go dead except my tablet with Android TV remote. Finally figured out I had to set each one up with it's own profile in Kodi or it would lock up even on working ones.

Great video and I subbed and liked. You should do an update like "90 days later" or something see how it holds up and give your impressions on it.

I'll send my friends here if they ask about some Bluetooth controllers (it looks fantastic for the price to be honest)

Rambling on a bit… Shield TV works fantastic with wired Xbox 360 pads, spent money on some wireless adapter thing and it really seems to fight with those wireless Xbox 360 controllers and I don't know why….
