After a secretive agency in New York is invaded by an otherworldly threat, you become the new Director struggling to regain Control.
From developer Remedy Entertainment, this supernatural 3rd person action-adventure will challenge you to master the combination of supernatural abilities, modifiable loadouts and reactive environments while fighting through a deep and unpredictable world.
Control is Jesse Faden’s story and her personal search for answers as she grows into the role of the Director. The world of Control has its own story, as do the allies Jesse meets along the way. Jesse works with other Bureau agents and discovers strange experiments and secrets.

3:13 Possible narrative inconsistency spotted? In the first episode Emily Pope acted like "Hiss" was a name Jesse created on the spot, yet in this report it gets used as a normal thing…
Can definitley hear Max Payne's voice when Trench is speaking
A lot of those fish, when activated, would start singing "Don't worry, be Happy." Sung by Bobby McFerrin, I believe.
Gosh this is quite reminiscent of Prey! Very intriguing..can't wait for more…
A flying fish cursing like a drunk sailor 🤣 I'm beginning to like this game
This game is giving off some major SCP vibes. I love it, im actually glad they took the concept of a goverment/private organization that deals with paranormal entities into a new light like this, its well welcomed. Hope the oldest house also contains some other creature oddities aswell as objects
Wow, this game is extremely intriguing! So much going and so many things left unexplained. Maybe that's on purpose to draw you into the game looking for answers.
Anyways, so glad you are playing this game! Keep up the good work CJU 🙂
Clever game, very clever game.. I like the narrative street this game is walking up.. Well played remedy.
"or at least, more than that-" blows up entire area
Yes, you definitely need more power with your level of responsibility 😂
Also, THANK YOU! every one compared this to Infamous, which I get? The abilities and what not. But I got Prey/ Observation vibes from this. Just less Spacey. So thank you for saying it. I feel validated now.
Anyone feel like they're about to watch a Casey Neistat blog when the chapter titles flash across the screen?
Always enjoy watching your material, mate! Cheers!
Cardboard box OP.
If this game continues to be that good, I might again think about getting the Epic Store thingy. I could have waited for The Sinking City on Steam until next year, I could have lived with the fact I'll never play e.g. Close To The Sun or Shenmue 3 (although I could just get most of those for the PS) but this here… I don't want to wait another year to be able to play this.
New drinking game: take a drink every time Cju says "wild".
You deserve a bazillion subs. Best game channel on YouTube, fight meeeeeeee 😤
I can't help having this feeling of having seen the protagonist's face before lol in the real world I mean.
So far from what I've seen I think the janitor from the beginning is some sort of secret management team member or perhaps part of the board and that Dylan is either the hiss or it's host and the thing Jesse is hosting is related to it some how, or Dylan isn't real.
You've probably noticed that you have a health bar, an ammo bar, and a energy bar. Completely depleting any of these bars has a problem, Ammo and Energy are slower to recharge when used up completely (And with ammo it completely disables your gun for a time), and of course with health the greatest problem of all, a reload to the most recent checkpoint.
switch to directx 11
Don't worry Chris, this game is demanding on all systems.
It looks like the tracks on the fast travel spots make a crossroads
Hey CJU, in case you haven't discovered yet those videos you find are placed into your collections and you can play them from there. When you do play them from there they actually are played at full screen so you can see the entire screen instead of at an angle or as a small screen within the game. Hope that helps.
